"“Still waiting for response since a contact in June? Hello?” Veronica responded with clueless answers upon seeing a one star review. Unhelpful. I'm still fuming about my experience with Veronica really, She seemed nice at first, promised the world, and I believed her. When my agent of many years retired, I was assured everything would be taken care of, but boy was I wrong. Insurance lapsed, and I lost money because of it. When I called Veronica about the expiring insurance, she gave me conflicting info. She told me to pay one amount, but the invoice said another. She promised to send the policy, but that never happened. The written evidence says "Veronica accepted your payment," but then radio silence. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses and claimed she contacted me, but there's no record of it. No emails, nothing. It's unacceptable. Buyer beware, folks. And she better found proof that she sent my money back."
